These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Marlo Technologies LLC (“Marlo”). By creating an account or using Marlo, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Marlo is an all-in-one booking and business app for service professionals, including booking pages, messaging, payments, calendar, marketing, and reporting. Marlo is currently offered in early access and is provided on an “as is” basis as we continue to build.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 and use Marlo for a lawful business. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Marlo to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or abuse the service. When you message clients through Marlo, you are responsible for having their consent and for following applicable messaging laws.

Payments

Payments and deposits are processed by Stripe under its terms, and you authorize Marlo and Stripe to process them. You are responsible for your own pricing, refunds, deposit and cancellation policies, and any taxes on your sales. Card processing fees are billed by Stripe at standard rates.

Messaging

SMS sent through Marlo is governed by our SMS Terms. You are responsible for obtaining consent from clients before texting them through the service.

Intellectual property

Marlo and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. Content you add — your services, prices, and client information — remains yours.

Disclaimers & liability

Marlo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marlo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination & changes

You may stop using Marlo anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Marlo Technologies LLC is organized. Questions? Email support@joinmarlo.com.
